Okoboji is a town to the far east of the UIP. It was founded on March 19th, 2024 by aq2a with the intent of being a "Vacation Town". The town is built around Spirit Lake, separating the town into 4 districts corresponding to the cardinal directions. Known for its breath-taking views, Okoboji is a great place to visit, and get inspiration for your own builds. It's also quite the lively place to live if you can afford it...

The full building code can be found here Okoboji Building Code

History
Founding
Okoboji was founded on March 19th, 2024, by aq2a. It was originally named Acropolis, and it contained a single stone tower in current day Old-Town. \ It was originally intended to be an "imperial-themed" town, with structures taking strictly a neo-classical appearance. This changed early on in the town's development. Sometime in late March 2024, the stone tower was moved to Amish City, and the construction of Old-Town began. Old-Town's design was heavily inspired from an old UIP Vassal state called Iceland. In fact, it is an exact replica of this old build. When aq2a discovered Iceland, he attempted to contact the owner of the structure in order to gain ownership of it. When that failed, he decided to replicate it block for block in his now empty town.
