Amish City is a metropolitan area located in the eastern portion of the UIP all interconnected by rail. The towns used to operate as independent states but since the formation of the UIP, they came under jurisdiction of Amish City. The town of Amish City was originally founded in 2019 by
kweave927, and is one of the three original founding towns of the United Imperial Provinces (UIP).

History
Amish City has a long and rich history dating back to its founding in 2019. Since then, it has switched hands many times and undergone many changes to become the town that it is today. This section contains a year by year description of events and changes that befell the City during its times of activity on the server. Some information has been lost to time, other information has been sourced through the Amish City archives located on the edge of the town.
Early developments
Sometime during May 2019, the city was founded, and construction began on the downtown and west beach districts. In June of 2019, the North Beach and Weaver districts were claimed and built in. In July of 2019,
SovietMcMuffin joined Amish City and began construction on the Grand rpepe Bridge that connects to Cuk Valley. During this time a player called
Fizzory joins the town, and begins harassing a fellow player,
NotSoGoodGamer18. This harassment resulted in him getting banned from the server for several days.
In Late July, users
SovietMcMuffin,
DeathFoxYT,
NotSoGoodGamer18, and
kweave927, all members of Amish City, were banned for griefing an abandoned area to the east. Both
kweave927 and
NotSoGoodGamer18 recieved temporary bans, while
SovietMcMuffin and
DeathFoxYT were permanently banned.
SovietMcMuffin appealed his ban and later returned to the server, while
DeathFoxYT is still banned to this day.
Shortly thereafter, a player named
Rednetter joins Amish City, and is quickly banned for griefing. A statue was built in their honor by user
kweave927. It's during this time that
NotSoGoodGamer18 and
kweave927 begin construction on the Amish City Underground Mall, as well as Thanos City This project is finished in August. By the end of July 2019,
SovietMcMuffin's pixel art and floating islands are built by
YaslerFuj.
Political instability
In January of 2020,
SovietMcMuffin begins construction on the Amish City wall, which is completed on the 1/22/20. In February 2020, a friend of
kweave927 named
apreese16 begin griefing homes around Amish City, and generally being obnoxious on the server. After some time,
NotcX, not yet part of staff at the time, helps
SovietMcMuffin and
NotSoGoodGamer18 convince
kweave927 to kick
apreese16 from the town.
On February 12, 2020,
apreese16 and
weshembree13 leave the town and settle the area now known as Weshapree. They later move away, and
NotchX constructs the Mojang Embassy downtown.
After
apreese16 is kicked out,
SovietMcMuffin becomes mayor of Amish City for several months. Not much occurs during this time. During the summer of 2020,
SovietMcMuffin and
kweave927 have a disagreement that leads to
kweave927 being reinstated as mayor.
In December of 2020, the two make ammends and begin more work on the downtown area and Thanos City to the south.
Formation of the UIP
In late January of 2021,
SovietMcMuffin begins talks with
marioboyrc of the Imperial Coalition and
Orknarok_666 of Kekistan to combine the three areas into a nation. This is done on February 6th, 2021 with the establishment of the United Imperial Provinces, (U.I.P) which is headed by a council of one member from each area.
Amish City took the areas of BruhTopia, Valencia, Shura, and some other unnamed areas under control as vassal states for the UIP in February 2021.
Orknarok_666 completes the Kekistan Embassy sometime in February and
SovietMcMuffin constructs the Amish City railway line as well as an international line, which connects to the Imperial Coalition. Levettia, Egypt and Kekistan. It is also during this time that
TheRomanian0 completes Palace Roma.
In May 2021. Amish City decides to leave the UIP, and becomes an independent city once again. During this time, the owner of Levetia is banned and Amish City annexes it on May 4th, 2021. Because of the break from the UIP, the Amish City international rail system is shut down, and during August 2021. Conflicts between Amish City and the UIP begin to subside following the arrest of the mayor
kweave927 which results in his dethronement.
Abandonment
After the arrest of
kweave927 Amish City essentially dies as a town and is taken control of by the UIP. Not much is known about what if anything took place in Amish City during this time.
On April 12th, 2023. The ownership of Amish City is passed down to
Owen2k6, and according to the leadership of the United Imperial Provinces, law in Amish City was changed. Amish City was once again opened to international travel with the re-opening of the Amish City international Rail line. The city is reflagged to the Orange and Red colors of the Goplexian Empire, but the name of Amish City will remain indefinitely and the colors of it's name shall remain the same. The conquering of Amish City was also led by the agreement from the Emperor
JohnyMuffin.
Modern day
On March 22nd, 2024, Amish City was given to
aq2a in accordance with
Owen2k6 and
Orknarok_666's previous agreements. Very shortly after being given control of the city,
aq2a initiated several changes in order to prepare the town for the great revival of the UIP. Many builds were moved, and some were built over in order to clear land and space for more players to build. The Grand rpepe bridge was rebuilt from the ground up to be taller and grander, the coastline was extended and many builds were refurbished. Amish City was also reflagged once again in order to felicitate the many changes the city was going through.
