Coastwood Construction Corporation

Coastwood Construction Corp Formerly Atacama Construction Co., is a commercial general contractor and construction management firm based in Coastwood, UIP. The privately-held company has 12 offices throughout RetroMC and specializes in large-scale, complex projects for the logistical, commercial, residential, and industrial markets.

History

In December 2022, Atacama Construction Co. was founded in Atacama, UIP, by  aq2a. By the end of it's first year, ACC had employed a total of 8 independent contractors. Among the companies earliest projects were a 3-month, ~$50,000 logistics project that involved constructing a 4000 block long bridge spanning the distance between Atacama and New Edago. Now known as the Atacama Bridge, it remains one of the largest structures on the server.

In November 2023, Atacama Construction Co moved headquarters from it's home in Atacama to the small village of Coastwood. This was in an effort to side-step the bureaucracy that came with being headquartered in a town it did not own. Thus the company rebranded to Coastwood Construction Corporation.

It was later that month that CCC was awarded its first contract with the UIP, for the construction of the UIP Factory. With an estimated cost of $500,000, the structure is projected to be the largest single complex on the server.

The company serves customers nationally and internationally through regional offices around the server. CCC has 12 office locations in Atacama, Spawn Town, Beetopia, and several more, and is headquartered in Coastwood, UIP.
