Okoboji is a town to the far east of the UIP. It was founded on March 19th, 2024 by
aq2a with the intent of being a "Vacation Town". The town is built around Spirit Lake, separating the town into 4 districts corresponding to the cardinal directions. Known for its breath-taking views, Okoboji is a great place to visit, and get inspiration for your own builds. It's also quite the lively place to live if you can afford it...

Building Code
Okoboji has one of the most extensive building codes of any town on RetroMC. This was done to encourage the construction of quality buildings, and homes. Structures must be of similar quality, style, and size of other builds around them
Buildings may be removed, edited, or moved by town officials at any time.
New structures must follow Okoboji City Zoning Laws, regarding their location and purpose
Players are encouraged to enlist the help of Certified Builders in their design process
Certain locations may be designated "off-limits" for building
