The Door is a mystical object/artefact that has appeared suddenly on 26th August 2026 in the NorthernEmpires village, affecting RetroMC players in various ways.

History

On 26th August 2026 The Door has appeared in village NorthernEmpires. When the owner of the NE  SFRricraz63 and assistant  Spencer199 noticed The Door, their eyes were immediately taken hold of by its appearance and beauty. After a bit familiarization with The Door,  SFRricraz63 and  Spencer199 have told everyone about it. The first person after these 2 players who came to see The Door was  amwayloll. and its presence has also charmed  amwayloll.

Characteristics

The Door is known to have effects on players and performing miracles. So far, only one effect is known: charming players. As of 26 August 2026, The Door is located inside a capsule, made from obsidian, glass and stone slabs. The capsule has no access and entrance, as its main purpose is to protect The Door. The obsidian part contains a sign:

 this door
 bothered 
 and will 
 bother (hans)

It's unknown why the sign has this exact text, but one thing is certain: it has to do something with  HanSolo20.

Connection with players

The Door seems to have connections with the players and it catches people’s attention. At that moment (26 August 2026) there are recorded 3 interactions with people:
1: Sign on The Door capsule mentioning  HanSolo20.
2: Acceptance of  Skull6 by The Door, who got inside the capsule, whose entry is ordinarily barred to anyone.
3: Healing of  jacksonepicguy from insanity.

Religion

There is no known The Door religion or cult as of 26 August 2026. However The Door probably has a connection with Monolithism, as Brotherhood of the Monolith respects it. Also, The Door appeared in NorthernEmpires - the holy land for believers of the Monolith, implying a connection between these two.

Miracles

On 26 August 2026 (same day),  jacksonepicguy started speaking and behaving like as if he’s gone mad. members of Brotherhood of the Monolith where there and took him to the Monolith to heal him, blessing his lost soul and enlightening him, which helped only partially, as he was still speaking indistinctly. To help this player, all other players that were near The Door prayed and later tried to put  jacksonepicguy into The Door's capsule via boats. The opeartions was successful and  jacksonepicguy was healed after contact with The Door.
