The UIP Factory, officially the Warehouse & co. Production Facility, is a materials production complex located in the north eastern side of the UIP. It is the largest cohesive complex on the server by volume at over 12.6 million blocks, which covers about 211,000 blocks (51.2 acres). Construction began in 2023 and is ongoing. Since then, more than 100 individual players have visited the complex.

The facility serves as the repository of the UIP's resources and materials. It currently is run entirely by 1 player, and is the is planned to become main source of work throughout the UIP. Designed and built by 16.png aq2a, it is the largest structure on the server, and has cost nearly $-,---,--- (yet to be determined) in materials and took approximately x years to construct.

History and Operations

In 2022, the plans for a factory in the northern UIP were discussed. Originally, construction began by 16.png Orknarok_666 in November 2022. He laid out a simple foundation, on which the future factory would be built, including a worker transit system, and maintenance tunnels. In mid 2023 16.png aq2a was put in charge of the project, and continued construction. With an blank check from the UIP, 16.png aq2a began construction of the vast complex, a process that has lasted to this day.

The largest above ground structure, known as the UIP Warehouse, serves as the 'hub' of the complex, containing the UIP's public store. As of writing, the UIP Factory is still under construction, with a fully completed entrance, warehouse, as well as Sugarcane, and Cactus producing Facilities.
