=== Official Flag of Nebuley ===
Flag of Nebuley is a symbol of professionalism, unity and stability. Blue background refers to endless skies stretching above Nebuley, dark blue stripes surrounding the middle represent the dream of spreading our lands far and away. Above and below the emblem there are two Latin quotes which stand as principles for the people of Nebuley:
*'''Dum spiro spero''' - "As long as I breathe, I have hope."
*'''Salus populi suprema lex esto''' - "The welfare of the people shall be the supreme law."
The emblem in the middle consists of white circular shape meaning the purity of intentions, blue laurel made of stars is a sign of integrity and distant dreams. In the very core of the flag there is letter "N" with wings attached to it refering to freedom and ability to reach the greatest heights.

==== Building Style ====
There is no unique and defined building style in Nebuley. In the old part of the town, most buildings are constructed using rudimentary materials such as wood and cobblestone. Floating graffiti (pixel art) can be seen in some parts of the city, mainly Little Hill. However, new Nebuley district, such as Villager's Hollow and Mathaliah, were made to accommodate modern-style buildings.

* ''' | Nebuley has known many segmentations and divisions throughout its existence, but until June 2024 these were all unofficial and non-standardized. When the second major rewriting of the wiki article began, {{user|ZEROCONDA}} created the first segmentation of the city. In late August 2024, {{user|samcraft3}} expanded and modified {{user|ZEROCONDA}}'s version. Nebuley is now divided into regions, and each region is divided into districts. The regions of Nebuley are:

==== The Utiopia-Nebuley border incident ====
On the 29th of June 2024, at around 09:00 UTC, {{user|samcraft3}} invited a very new player named {{user-nonwiki|Atalaydavud}} to join Nebuley. Not wanting him to build next to Mathaliah as this would severely halt expansion, he proposed many areas in which {{user-nonwiki|Atalaydavud}} would be allowed to build, which he refused. At this moment, {{user|samcraft3}} would make the fatal mistake of not insisting on {{user-nonwiki|Atalaydavud}} to build elsewhere, thinking instead that he would intuitively choose a better location instead of an sandy hill. {{user-nonwiki|Atalaydavud}} built his first home there arguing that, since it was still not claimed by Nebuley (Wilderness), he was free to build there outside of any jurisdiction and regulations. He also proceeded to help {{user|samcraft3}} in the construction of his skyscraper, while he was offline and without him asking him to do so.
| |||
When {{user|samcraft3}} got back online, he was surprised to see his tower with a few more blocks of glass and what appeared to be vandalism using dirt and sand blocks placed all over the place. After making these remarks, {{user-nonwiki|Atalaydavud}} proceeded to destroy ALL of the glass that was placed in the skyscraper, including the one that {{user|samcraft3}} placed. After this move, he would be kicked out of the town. However, his house was still in a very strategic location next to Mathaliah and was not following the regulations imposed by {{user|samcraft3}} on this district.

</gallery> | |||
Between the 30th of June and the 1st of July 2024, {{user-nonwiki|Atalaydavud}} managed to build a small cobblestone wall around the borders of Nebuley next to Mathaliah. {{user|samcraft3}} saw this as a threat to his expansion plans and (after the moderators' approval) proceeded to destroy the entire wall, place its content inside a chest and place an eviction notice in front of {{user-nonwiki|Atalaydavud}}'s house, inviting him to leave the area or a ticket would be created. {{user-nonwiki|Atalaydavud}} refused this notice and even went as far as to create a whole new town that encompasses his base, called ''Utiopia''.
| |||
This move would prove to be highly illegal, breaking '''In-Game Rule No. 3''' of the server, stating:
[[File:Samcraft3 skyscraper mathaliah view top.png|thumb|alt=samcraft3 skyscraper mathaliah view evil|Is {{user|samcraft3}} evil? This looks like a children's movie script.]]

→ Keep your town far enough away from other player's towns to prevent claim issues.
| |||
→ The only exception to this rule if the other town(s) agrees to it.

| |||
| |||
{{user|samcraft3}} created a ticket, after which {{user-nonwiki|Atalaydavud}} admitted to being underage while still trying to defend his actions. His final words before being banned were
I be back bye
. | |||
==== The RainyTown-Nebuley border treaty ====
After the establishment of RainyTown (now [[RainyCity]]) in late July 2024 and the rapid expansion of the town, {{user|samcraft3}} proposed the signature of a border treaty to organize expansion and to avoid pointless (↑) conflicts. It was succesfully signed and delimited the border between the two towns. A large highway was built to connect the two cities, and a border wall was also proposed as part of the entire border infrastructure, but remains to this day unbuilt. The entire process was recorded and [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MeY0MOheQc uploaded on YouTube].

Over two thousand years ago, the lands people call Nebuley nowadays weren't inhabited by the '''Ancient Builders''' or their descendants on that matter. Local Dwarven clans ruled the realm - fighting countless civil wars and mastering the art of ore smelting and smithcraft. Current armor, tool and weapon look has originated from the greatest minds of Dwarven blacksmiths. Deep caverns rich in valuable resources and stone provided a safe place for Dwarves. His Majesty, '''Burgamli the First''', whom was graced with royal blood and soon after claiming the throne he formed the '''Stone Council''' consisting of the High King, Dwarven Princes and Paragons to ensure efficient and smooth workflow. However little did he know that his rule would soon come to an end.
=== Ancient Curse === | |||

1500 BSS - 1300 BSS
| |||
Dwarves were never fond of Ancient Builders claiming that their weakness and strong belief in magic and sorcercy were off-putting. Burgamli the First was the one who was proven right in the end. Due to unknown circumstances a curse spread among the land turing humans into wicked versions of themselves, yearning for flesh and death. Even hardworking Dwarves were unable to resist it. Soon, clan after clan fell as their memebers turned into the undead, and fortress after fortress fell to their knees. The High King had no choice, but to move underground and create metropolies carved in the stone where no harm would come to them. Unfortunately, Burgamil fell terribly ill and soon enough he was on his way to join the rest of the monsters roaming on the surface. Thus he decided to be locked away, where he could meet his final days in solitude.
Not long after his son - Khurnim - took the name '''Burgamli the Second''' and claimed the rule over his clan.
=== Life under the surface ===

1300 BSS - 1000 BSS
| |||
Dwarves quickly addapted to a new enivroment and quality of life. They learned how to grow crops underground and breed animals that saved, even how to brew some beer. Burgamli the Second was a ruthless rule, he didn't tolerate weakness thus he ruled with iron fist. It didn't take long until different clans stumbled upon each other during numerous excavations. This of course lead to many conflicts and minor battles. One of those was '''the battle of Obsidian Keep''' which took place '''1015 years BSS (Before Server Start)'''.
==== The Battle of Obsidian Keep ====
On of the deadliest battles of ancient ages between Clan of the Stone Pickaxe (lead by the High King Burgamli) and Clan of the Deep (lead by general Nemith Hornbrewer). Burgamil's troops outnumbered Nemith's garrison of 30 men. In order for the king to claim large vein of diamonds he had to get past the Obsidian Keep - small fort build entirely out of obsidian, little did he know that he and his 150 men would suffer a terrible casualties. Members of the Clan of the Deep quickly turned the tide of the battle as dozens of enemy troops rushed at the gates and walls with weapons and ladders. Defenders used lava buckets and TNT to slow down the attack. Unable to force his entrance, Burgamli decided that they should mine their way in, no matter the cost. This turned out to be a fatal decision, garrison troops quickly found out about the plan and set gravel traps for the upcoming army. In the end remaining troops were burried under the gravel and the High King was forced to retreat claiming one of the worst defeats in Dwarven history.
=== Tale of the Wicked King ===

Nebuley is a village founded on the 13th of July 2023 by player Ingrate. It has known a noticeable growth during the month of July 2023, and is continuing to expand. The village is located at coordinates X:13500 and Z:10500, in between snowy forests. It saw a resurgence in activity beginning from June 2024.
General Policies and Regulations
Official Flag of Nebuley
Flag of Nebuley is a symbol of professionalism, unity and stability. Blue background refers to endless skies stretching above Nebuley, dark blue stripes surrounding the middle represent the dream of spreading our lands far and away. Above and below the emblem there are two Latin quotes which stand as principles for the people of Nebuley:
- Dum spiro spero - "As long as I breathe, I have hope."
- Salus populi suprema lex esto - "The welfare of the people shall be the supreme law."
The emblem in the middle consists of white circular shape meaning the purity of intentions, blue laurel made of stars is a sign of integrity and distant dreams. In the very core of the flag there is letter "N" with wings attached to it refering to freedom and ability to reach the greatest heights.
New Members
Anyone is free to join Nebuley. The official procedure to join the village is to message a Nebuley assistant asking to join the city. New players in the server are promised a free bed (free bed policy) to help them during their first days.
Building Rules
General Building Regulations
To create an aesthetically cohesive and organized town, Ingrate created a set of 4 rules to regulate construction in Nebuley:
- No floating trees are allowed, and members of the town are obligated to fully cut them.
- Replanting trees after cutting them is measure taken to counteract internal deforestation.
- Paths must follow the same standardized template as seen in most parts of the city.
- Buildings must be evenly spaced.
Building Style
There is no unique and defined building style in Nebuley. In the old part of the town, most buildings are constructed using rudimentary materials such as wood and cobblestone. Floating graffiti (pixel art) can be seen in some parts of the city, mainly Little Hill. However, new Nebuley district, such as Villager's Hollow and Mathaliah, were made to accommodate modern-style buildings.
Districts
Nebuley has known many segmentations and divisions throughout its existence, but until June 2024 these were all unofficial and non-standardized. When the second major rewriting of the wiki article began, ZEROCONDA created the first segmentation of the city. In late August 2024, samcraft3 expanded and modified ZEROCONDA's version. Nebuley is now divided into regions, and each region is divided into districts. The regions of Nebuley are:
- Old Nebuley, also known as The City Center. It encompasses the entire old town, and the snowy hills.
- Little Lake, encompassing most residential buildings located behind the Block Museum and beside the old town.
- The Modern Region, a new and modern part or the city still under construction. It covers the sandstone canal, ZEROCONDA's Villagers' Hollow, the Museum of the Future and the SamTower™.
- The Mathalian Region, encompassing a part of the city still under construction named Mathalia (from the arabic word مثالية meaning examplary).
Notable landmarks and sites

The Utiopia-Nebuley border incident
On the 29th of June 2024, at around 09:00 UTC,
samcraft3 invited a very new player named
Atalaydavud to join Nebuley. Not wanting him to build next to Mathaliah as this would severely halt expansion, he proposed many areas in which
Atalaydavud would be allowed to build, which he refused. At this moment,
samcraft3 would make the fatal mistake of not insisting on
Atalaydavud to build elsewhere, thinking instead that he would intuitively choose a better location instead of an sandy hill.
Atalaydavud built his first home there arguing that, since it was still not claimed by Nebuley (Wilderness), he was free to build there outside of any jurisdiction and regulations. He also proceeded to help
samcraft3 in the construction of his skyscraper, while he was offline and without him asking him to do so.
When
samcraft3 got back online, he was surprised to see his tower with a few more blocks of glass and what appeared to be vandalism using dirt and sand blocks placed all over the place. After making these remarks,
Atalaydavud proceeded to destroy ALL of the glass that was placed in the skyscraper, including the one that
samcraft3 placed. After this move, he would be kicked out of the town. However, his house was still in a very strategic location next to Mathaliah and was not following the regulations imposed by
samcraft3 on this district.

The eviction notice inviting Atalaydavud to leave the area.
Between the 30th of June and the 1st of July 2024,
Atalaydavud managed to build a small cobblestone wall around the borders of Nebuley next to Mathaliah.
samcraft3 saw this as a threat to his expansion plans and (after the moderators' approval) proceeded to destroy the entire wall, place its content inside a chest and place an eviction notice in front of
Atalaydavud's house, inviting him to leave the area or a ticket would be created.
Atalaydavud refused this notice and even went as far as to create a whole new town that encompasses his base, called Utiopia.
This move would prove to be highly illegal, breaking In-Game Rule No. 3 of the server, stating:
Do not claim close to another town.
→ Keep your town far enough away from other player's towns to prevent claim issues.
→ The only exception to this rule if the other town(s) agrees to it.
samcraft3 created a ticket, after which
Atalaydavud admitted to being underage while still trying to defend his actions. His final words before being banned were I be back bye
.
The RainyTown-Nebuley border treaty
After the establishment of RainyTown (now RainyCity) in late July 2024 and the rapid expansion of the town, samcraft3 proposed the signature of a border treaty to organize expansion and to avoid pointless (↑) conflicts. It was succesfully signed and delimited the border between the two towns. A large highway was built to connect the two cities, and a border wall was also proposed as part of the entire border infrastructure, but remains to this day unbuilt. The entire process was recorded and uploaded on YouTube.

Social Media
Starting from June 2024, a YouTube channel was created by the Nebuleyian Bureau of Information as a way to attract potential new talented members. The first video to be uploaded on the channel was the city's trailer. The city's channel is managed by samcraft3.
Lore
Dwarven rule
Over two thousand years ago, the lands people call Nebuley nowadays weren't inhabited by the Ancient Builders or their descendants on that matter. His Majesty, Burgamli the First, whom was graced with royal blood and soon after claiming the throne he formed the Stone Council consisting of the High King, Dwarven Princes and Paragons to ensure efficient and smooth workflow. However little did he know that his rule would soon come to an end.
Ancient Curse
Not long after his son - Khurnim - took the name Burgamli the Second and claimed the rule over his clan.
Life under the surface
Dwarves quickly addapted to a new enivroment and quality of life. They learned how to grow crops underground and breed animals that saved, even how to brew some beer. Burgamli the Second was a ruthless rule, he didn't tolerate weakness thus he ruled with iron fist. It didn't take long until different clans stumbled upon each other during numerous excavations. This of course lead to many conflicts and minor battles. One of those was the battle of Obsidian Keep which took place 1015 years BSS (Before Server Start).
The Battle of Obsidian Keep
Tale of the Wicked King
When Burgamli the Third took over the throne, he had to deal with new problems. Ancient Curse planted it's seeds underground and mob infestation began spreading at worrying pace. Undoubtedly, the High King was a brilliant strategist, but men couldn't defend themselves forever, especially when underground clans were suffering the same fate as their counterparts from the surface. He ordered his most trustworthy and inteliigent scholars to discover a way to fight off the invaders. After months of hard work, Dwarves presented the first ever Iron Golem to the king. Strong and loyal, being powered by magical energy was enough to convince His Majesty that this is the right choice. However loyalists with Paragons and Princes among them, who despised magic formed a secret alliance that was supposed to threaten the rule of Burgamli the Third. Constant sabotages and assasination attempts quickly drove their king mad. He began to see treason everywhere. In 843 BSS he ordered to build Zana Baor (dwar. Stone City) which was meant to accommodate his family and most trusted allies.
His madness progressed as began to create ridiculous rules and regulations. Soon, the family and his friends slowly began turning away from him, as he fell more and more into his sorrow and craziness. About 809 year BSS he disappeared into the caverns and never returned. Without the king Dwarves became divided once again, fighting for the throne. Eventually leading their kind to extinction.
Aftermath of Dwarven Fall
Empty cities quickly were taken over by the infected monsters and as the time progressed many of these metropolies collapsed burying their story deep under the stone. Ages passed by and so did the memory of Dwarven clans. In 9 PSS (Post-Server Start) first descendants began to settle down in the area of Nebuley.
