History and Operations
In 2022, the plans for a factory in the northern UIP were discussed. Originally, construction began by Orknarok_666 in November 2022. He laid out a simple foundation, on which the future factory would be built, including a worker transit system, and maintenance tunnels. In mid 2023 aq2a was put in charge of the project, and continued construction. With a blank check from the UIP, aq2a began construction of the vast complex, a process that has lasted to this day.
Currently, 5 of the planned 10 above ground structures have been built, the largest of which, is known as the UIP Warehouse. It serves as the 'hub' of the complex, containing the UIP’s public store and storage. Sugar cane, Cactus, and Wood producing facilities are also complete, but have yet to be opened to the public.
