Lucaria
Lucaria is a city of NE located far from Nordran and created by its
amwayloll. The town's buildings feature a unique combination of styles reminiscent of European architecture. The old town of Lucaria is built on the shore. Main goal of Lucaria is to become the greatest and biggest town in NE after Nordran.

Information
Lucaria is a city in NorthernEmpires, was created by
amwayloll. The mayor of Lucaria is
amwayloll. Current population (18 August 2026 record) - 9 members including a mayor. Lucaria has a river that flows through the town. River was named after the city it flows through. The castle in Lucaria serves as townhall.
Lucaria includes several notable buildings, such as Castle, that serves as townhall, houses of important NE members like
SFRricraz63,
amwayloll and
HanSolo20, Hotel Lucaria that players can stay in, the Drunk Cherry pub, a Church and the Nordran Office which provides help for citizens of NorthernEmpires whenever they need it. In other districts famous builds are Depot, Armory and huge Wheat farm made by

SzymonZET777.
Townhall
Castle in Lucaria serves as townhall. The castle is located on the hill and containing important stuff, such as NE Stargate and village warp /v warp Lucaria. Stargate can be used to travel to different villages and towns. Other part of townhall contains a buletin for citizens and vistors containing short general information like: Who's mayor, Recent news, Current population and Sister city. Also contains section "Don't forget to check out" with a list of villages and town worth visit, such as Caelum, Nordran, PumpkinWood, FishTown, Corwyn, Avalon, NorthBay.
Other part of townhall contains administrative part. Such as mini-hotel inside a townhall for diplomatic visitors. Most important part is meeting hall, that is used for administrative job. 17 August 2026 owner of Caelum
gojjgojj, visited Lucaria for diplomatic reason. After meeting with mayor of Lucaria
amwayloll in townhall, agreement was signed and Lucaria become a sister city with Caelum.
River
Lucaria has it's own river. When
amwayloll arrived to the land of future Lucaria it had no river. The land had a small randomly placed lakes. River Lucaria was one of the first projects to be built in Lucaria. The main goal was to connect these lakes and make a river from it. The project began in early days of Lucaria (6 july 2026) and was made fully by
amwayloll. After the project was complete, river got it's name after the city itself.
History
Pre-town period

Before creating a town Lucaria in NorthernEmpires, there was village with the same name.It had no members except it's owner
amwayloll. It was located near the Nordran. The owner the village was
amwayloll. History of this village began with
amwayloll finding a small island and building there a house. Later adding details and transforming it into a private island for spending time, celebrating, or chilling. After some time
amwayloll decided to transform an island into village and began with terraforming and claiming chunks. At early days of village
amwayloll was working on this project and when Nations update came to RetroMC, village joined NorthernEmpires nation. Due to lack of experience village was left with no development at all and was stagnating. Later owner of the village
amwayloll started to think of starting a new village or town in NE. After all village was deleted and town of Lucaria began in NorthernEmpires. Ruins of old village still can be found by travel south from Nordran.
Old town period/Pre grand oppening period

Lucaria (town) was found 23 June 2026, when
amwayloll found a new land. After arriving and familiarizing with the area, begun new page in history of Lucaria as town in NE. Also a post in NorthernEmpires discord was created for Lucaria for better communication. Firstly
amwayloll began with roads and planing.
SFRricraz63 was helping
amwayloll at that time to start a town. As a thanks and gift for help
amwayloll built a house for
SFRricraz63 at 13 July 2026. This gesture made
SFRricraz63 the first citizen of Lucaria after the owner
amwayloll. When the first roads appear, 15 July 2026
amwayloll's house was built, it served as temporary townhall, because Lucaria had plans to build a castle, that will serve as townhall in a future. 16 July 2026 - Lucaria got it's famous hotel and Nordran office at the same time. Idea of hotel came to
amwayloll, for visitors to have a place to stay in Lucaria. The Nordran office was
amwayloll's idea to make deeper connection between cities. The next day 17 July 2026 -
HanSolo20's house was built by
amwayloll as gift for helping
amwayloll, at early days, when he was just a member and later assistant in NE. This also made
HanSolo20 a second citizen of Lucaria. To fill the Nordran plaza in Lucaria pub was build and named "Drunk Cherry" - it was build at 19 July 2026. After all, Lucaria keep developing building more streets, houses and developing river named after the city. Later came the most important day for Lucaria (27 July 2026). The city got a flag at that day. As
amwayloll really like Kraków's flag, Kraków is a city in Poland, this flag become a flag of Lucaria. Due to being the same colours as NorthernEmpires flag, the identity of Lucaria become even more deeper with NorthernEmpires. The second great event at the same day was but was grand opening of Lucaria for settlers.
Nowadays
After the grand oppening of Lucaria rules were created and posted in Lucaria post in NorthernEmpires discord and the first citizens starts to appear. The first citizen after the grand oppening was

rxe09_sp choose a vacant house in Lucaria. Citizens of Lucaria can choose if they want a vacant house in old town, or to build their's own in other districts. After grinding some money, the mayor of Lucaria
amwayloll bought an ad to promote Lucaria. Ad lasted for 3 days and new citizens start to appear. Due to development of Lucaria mayor
amwayloll started to develop idea of districts. The first district that was opened for citizens was Seaside district. The first citizen of this district is
NicoInTheNether. Later 31 July 2026 a church was build by
amwayloll in old town of Lucaria. 3 August 2026 depot was build. The depot in Lucaria have 2 system - public chests and private chests. The depot was build to help citizens store their stuff or stuff for projects. At the same day
amwayloll made a map of all districts in Lucaria. After that 3 projects had been planned and one of the was castle, that serves as townhall. The others were little fix to the church and underground path to Swedish district. Later 8 August 2026
rxe09_sp and
SzymonZET777 started building great wheat farm in Lucaria. The wheat farm is located in Farmlands district. At the same time Stargate was build and /v warp Lucaria was moved to townhall. Around 7 and 8 August 2026 the FishTown War happend. Lucaria started preparing in case of attack by building an armory. Citizens were informed about the situation in RetroMC. Later 13 August 2026 townhall was finished and infrastructure for Seaside district as well. After a couple of day (17 August 2026) huge news appered for Lucaria as wheat farm was finished and
gojjgojj - owner of Caelum, came for signing a partnership agreement between Caelum and Lucaria. This gesture made Caelum - the first Lucaria's sister city, two sides agreed to build their embassies as a sign of friendship.

Structure
Lucaria is divided into districts. There are 13 districts and at this moment (18 August 2026), only 5 of them have infrastructure, builds and citizens living there. Exception is Castle districts, as it's main purpose is to contain a castle. Most of the districts are for building anything was citizens wants, as long as it's do not violate rules. But there are some exceptions like Castle, Old town, Farmland districts. As Castle and Old town districts are cultural herritage and construction is controlled by a mayor
amwayloll and destroying anything or building without permitions are prohibited. Farmland districts doesn't have a special status as Castle or Old town, citizens can build here, but this district is the one who contains farms.
Old town
First and original district of Lucaria. Here started a history of Lucaria. This district is protected by rules of Lucaria and is strictly regulated and controled by a mayor
amwayloll. Old town contains cultural heriatge of Lucaria. Famous builds here are houses of important members of NorthernEmpires, such as
amwayloll,
SFRricraz63,
HanSolo20, Church, Hotel "Lucaria", Nordran office, Pub "Drunk Cherry". Old town also contains 2 plazas. Nordran plaza - being the main plaza with fountain and Church plaza containing a flag of Lucaria
