Punisher Town is a town on RetroMC made by
punishergames on March 16th, 2024.
Early History
The First Members
There was not much activity for the first few days, but then a guy named
SomeBMWdriver would become the first member and would make a base.
The next member to join would be
Krispy453. He would be a massive part of the development of the village, working on several builds. Areas he previously worked on would be further improved by
Grassboii.
Other members, such as
flemwaddle, would be added, and he and
Krispy453 would become assistants of the village. Other members added during this time include
mozzysdong,
ospence5 and
raikonenn. Unfortunately,
ospence5 and
raikonenn would be banned due to x-ray and griefing. (
ospence5 has since been unbanned.)
Krispy453 would have a mental breakdown and get banned from the server, ironically on April 1st, It was a big hit knowing one of the biggest contributors of the village would do what he did; he would put the n-word on a sign and betray the village by attempting to grief the cross he helped build. It is still a shock to see what he did, and it will always be a bad point in the history of Punisher Town. He was replaced by
Grassboii as assistant, and would be frowned upon since.
A few days After
Krispy453's ban
Grassboii would work on renovations, the castle itself, and the wheat farm would be renovated by
Grassboii.
The Trans Flags crisis
The first major drama would happen in late march, when trans flags started being built around the village. Some people felt it was too political, while others felt it promoted inclusivity, so people were split on if they should be allowed, and in a historic 3-2 vote, it was decided that trans flags would be allowed in the village.
Waddleboney
Waddleboney was a trusted member of the village and worked on some minor projects; however,
Waddleboney would grief the village, putting purple and black wool everywhere. As a result,
Waddleboney was banished from the village and would quickly get temp-banned from the server, until the ban expired on april 7th.
PunisherTowns rise to becoming mainstream

The famous screenshot was taken with
marioboyrc and many others in collaboration with another village. It was a big moment in Punisher Town history as it marked the first time Punisher Town was recognized by the masses of the server.
Also around this time
punishergames the owner of Punisher Town, would make a Punisher skull build and it would become an emblem of Punisher Town.

Punisher Town became spawn
In a place near Punisher Town (That being in x 10843, z 12417,) the login point for non-BetaEVO users and the RetroMC map spawn location became bugged, and Punisher Town became spawn. This would get fixed, however, this gave Punisher Town free publicity, and
punishergames and Punisher Town became forever a part of RetroMC lore. (For more info about this event, see The Broken RetroMC Spawn.)

The cross
flemwaddle and
Krispy453 (who wasn’t banned yet around this time) would work on a 16:1 scale of a cross with contributors including:
Amyv1,
marioboyrc and
AYoungJew69.
Railway from Punisher to Beetopia
Punisher Town would start work on a railway connecting the town to one of its allied villages, Beetopia, led by
jcheese7. This bridge would be built by
punishergames,
SvGaming234,
flemwaddle, and
jodie_x33, the bridge would be completed on march 28th, The railway over the bridge would be built by
mithkal and
Amyv1, and was started on april 6th, and would be completed on april 9th.
Upside down T
There used to be a dick on top of the wheat farm; however, admin at the time
thecow275 deemed it to be inappropriate, despite the fact that there where other upside down Ts on the server, he asked the village to remove this one specifically, so it was replaced with a sky island.
New spawn of Punisher Town
The old welcome board of Punisher Town was ditched on April 30th, 2024, being replaced with a new building serving as spawn with a welcome board inside a cool-looking building, with a creepy basement showing banned players.

The 1st Punisher Town election
The famous 1st Punisher Town election would take place, and
Grassboii would win 3-1 against
flemwaddle, and
Grassboii would be the first mayor elected by Punisher Town.
The 2nd Punisher town election
The 2nd primary election would start as only 1 vote was cast in the primaries, with that one vote being for
SvGaming234; so it would be
SvGaming234 vs.
Grassboii in a historic blowout;
Grassboii would lose to
SvGaming234 in a triumphant 5-1 blowout; and
SvGaming234 became the new mayor of Punisher Town.

ospence5 memorial
During the time that
ospence5 was still banned. Some of the Punisher Town members felt like
ospence5 should’ve been memorialized, so
piilvi made a memorial for
ospence5, however, most of the Punisher Town members were disgusted, and it was decided to execute
piilvi, and
piilvi was banished from the village for treason.
The legendary locking doors vote
Certain people started to get concerned that people should not be allowed to lock their doors. The reason for this is that people could exploit it, and tons of rule-breaking could follow. Some people also thought it was unwelcoming and made the village look bad; however, some people felt that their freedom was at risk because of this potential rule change, starting on may 8th, A 24-hour vote was held, and it was thrilling back and forth until it was tied at 4-4 with less than an hour left. However, in a big twist,
flemwaddle, an assistant of Punisher Town, who initially voted that it should not be allowed, changed his vote to saying it should be, which made it 5-3, and locking doors were voted to be allowed.
The betrayal of RitzKid76
Ritzkid76 was a member of Punisher Town, until he would tell the owner of Punisher Town that he should be banned from the server; as a result, he was banned from the village for treason, until his eventual unban from the village.
The betrayal of flemwaddle
flemwaddle, an assistant of the village, would go crazy, threatening to destroy the cross he helped build, so
punishergames was forced to ban him from the village.
Punishergames exit
After all this
punishergames would decide to exit Punisher Town as an active owner; around June-July he would still be in an advisory role; however, he was no longer running Punisher Town day to day.
The betrayal of SvGaming and krissofer
After the
flemwaddle betrayal,
punishergames got into an argument with
SvGaming234. They ended up cutting all ties, with
SvGaming234 leaving Punisher Town and banning
punishergames from Cactus.
As it turned out,
Krissofer was not happy after the drama with
SvGaming234 and
flemwaddle, as he felt
punishergames was in the wrong, so he and his village Avalon cut ties completely with Punisher Town.
The return of punishergames
after over a month of being gone, in early august,
punishergames would return as leader of the village, he would also add
PartiallyCrafty as assistant.
Infrastructure
Dirtocean project
Dirtocean project started because Punisher Town needed more room for bases and other builds, so inspired by what Beetopia and SharkCity had done,
punishergames started work on dirtocean completely covering an ocean in dirt for flat land over it,
SvGaming234 would help a bit too, and it was eventually completed.
mario0f4n_dirtocean was eventually expanded, along with that a dirtocean town hall was created along with a bigger version of the mario pixel art, created by
partiallycrafty, and more roads were created.

autumn of inactivity
In september village activity ceased for months, and on october 18th, the town was marked inactive on the wiki for the first time ever.
the return of Punishergames
in January slightly after new years
punishergames would make his return and the village would start seeing activity again, along with this PunisherTown would develop a new alliance with NorthernEmpires.
1 year anniversary!
the 1 year anniversary was celebrated in PunisherTown on March 16th 2024, this lead to a server wide tour which was live streamed by

founding Ace island and new assistant!
On March 19th 2025
aceicle discovered an island with a spawner, and the island was named after him, also due to his builds and contributions he became an assistant of PunisherTown a day later.

Overall, this village has had its ups and downs, but it has turned out good, with the village having 70 population, and a thriving community Punisher Town’s allies are Mitéria, OakwoodSprings, Podunk, Toastwood, birchlight, and beetopia

Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, and punishergames was banned from rmc, due to leaked discord messages R.I.P to the legend punishergames.
