Background
The Coalition Assembly is a legislative body of the voting public in the Imperial Coalition. There is no fixed membership but rather whenever a vote occurs, everyone is allowed to "assemble" and vote. This can be done with signs (verified with logs) in the Coalition Meeting Center in Okeogi or on the voting channel on discord. The act of putting up a vote is called "calling the Coalition Assembly". It is a government structure that is mandated in the Imperial Coalition charter.
