MandiManden Dog-Killing Scandal
Background
On January 7th, 2021, Kekistan resident
mandimanden was allegedly killed by an unknown player using a lava bucket. In response,
mandimanden went on a chaotic massacre killing all the tamed wolfs in New Edago, Imperial Coalition.
Lava Bucket Murder
More information is needed on the specific circumstances surrounding the allegation of
mandimanden being killed with a lava bucket. In response to the allegation, however, then-moderator
Orknarok_666 was quoted saying "Killing people with a lava bucket is against RMC rules." It is widely believed that this lava bucket murder triggered
mandimanden to go on a dog killing spree.
The Dog Massacre
mandimanden used the '/home' command to teleport to the young town of New Edago. He took out a sword and went around the town seeking out all pet wolfs and killing them. Residents were helpless as RetroMC does not allow for PVP and without a staff member on, no one could stop
mandimanden.
Aftermath
Residents were horrified at the news that all the dogs were killed in a rampage. dweek44 said "ban the Mandi guy" and "nail him to a cross." Even
LukeIsStuff announced "bruh you killed my dog." After receiving word on the events that unfolded, then-moderator
Orknarok_666 swiftly banned
mandimanden. In a statement, he said "that is why I don't bother to get a wolf."
mandimanden has since been unbanned.
