Plane Party
On 15 May 2026, a spontaneous social gathering of numerous players took place in RetroMC's Spawn Town. Because it was located on a small wooden airplane, the event later become known as the Plane Party.
The Event
On 16 May 2026 the players
bpduser and
aspduser were showing their "not a torture device" to a group of people at Spawn Town. During the showcase,
Pittofer started to threaten them with dropping TNT from a biplane built by
Rockship2910 right above the contraption. When the crisis was averted, more and more people got on the plane, causing much chaos. The players reportedly witnessed a ghast flying by them, many instances of josh sightings as well as staff member
SFRricraz63 throwing people from the ground onto the plane. People on the plane managed their time through talking, playing music, bombing people below, firing arrows in the distance and pushing others off.
This event occurred during a rare instance of the player count on RetroMC surpassing 30 players.
