Background
Despacitotown was a town on RetroMC that was founded on August 6th, 2018 by Antiblood. It worked closely with old Okeogi. In September 2018, the town joined the Okeogian empire and later the Imperial Coalition. It has never had its own mayor and has been directly controlled by the Okeogian Governor since late 2018. Today, the abandoned settlement is known as Lucker Town. Very little is known about the founder other than information passed down through its residents.
