Guinness_StoutThe Winfield Concord is an agreement between towns on collaboration and development. The name is derived from the town of Winfield, which was a newly founded town as a central location between the other former two capitals, Lednice and Australia. After prolonged inactivity of Winfield and Australia, the capital system was deprecated and Nacra which even back then was considered the center of the Winfield Concord, became the sole capital.
