The 2nd Spawn Town Election was held between May 5-6 of 2023.
This was an election to select the new mayor of Spawn Town; the role itself is merely ceremonial.

Election rules
- You could run for an infinite amount of non-consecutive terms.
- This is to keep a peaceful transfer of what little power the mayor actually has.
- Only players with Citizen or above could run for mayor.
- A $3000 entrance fee must be paid in order to run for mayor.
- The winner of the election would receive 100% of the total pot + $10,000 from the Election Committee.
- Everyone on RetroMC has the right to vote.
