RetroMC is a player-versus-environment Minecraft server running on Java Edition Beta 1.7.3 initially founded in 2014, currently owned by  JohnyMuffin. It features a player-based economy (prevalent in spawn), towns/villages via JVillage, minigames, and uses Project Poseidon, which is a fork of CraftBukkit CB1060 that patches out critical exploits and bugs, while adding features such as UUID support (for automatic transfers) and support for plugins such as LWC and ChestShop.
The server is hosted in one of OVH's datacenters in Canada, and it's configured with a Ryzen 7 3800x, 128GB of RAM and 2x1TB SSDs.
