On January 25th-26th, 2025, users Shampooboots, Spencer199, and Waking_Hours had blown up part of a mountain in an event known as "The Big Boom." The trio, (known as The Boom Gang) were flattening for the mountain for MorningSteph's developing palace. It involved over 30 stacks of TNT, and multiple casualties. (Most coming from Shampooboots.) They are still working on flattening the whole mountain, which has been proving to be a grueling process.
At the heart of the chaos was The Boom Gang, a trio of explosive experts. The mission was simple: clear a massive area for MorningSteph’s palace. But with over 8 stacks of TNT packed into the mountain, things quickly escalated. The blast, which was the culmination of seconds of planning, almost turned the mountain into rubble. However, the road to clearing the entire mountain has been far from easy. Despite the massive destruction, only five players were helping at the time, and they found themselves deeply embroiled in the fallout of The Big Boom. While Shampooboots, Waking_Hours, and Spencer199 focused on detonating TNT, each had their own brush with danger especially Spencer199, who was caught in more than his fair share of explosions.
