Balloon Shop

The Balloon Shop is a mysterious hot air balloon that appears every so often in RetroMC's Spawn Town Market. The balloon's stock and location vary, but it consistently sells items at a significant discount. The shop is said to be "First come, first serve", but it does restock occasionally throughout the few months that it stays.
