Sandpit was a town created and owned by
bingbongblue. It was named after a large, shallow pit of sand that was in the centre of the town. Sandpit hosts the skyscraper 1 Chunk Tower.
East Sandpit
East Sandpit was planned to be the hub of suburban growth in the area, and was connected with a tunnel to the main Sandpit town. Before abandonment, it housed 3 buildings and a large mine. A rail link was planned between the two sides of town, but it was abandoned in favour of the BB Metro project in RMCURA.
Death
Sandpit was abandoned in February 2025, as the all of its members moved to RMCURA and had no need for a mostly empty settlement. All of the town including 1 Chunk Tower still exists, untouched since it became disused.
