There is still one reliable method to contact him – [[Discord server|the RetroMC public voice communication channels]]. 2 things to note:

* Johny's timezone is [https://github.com/RhysB AEST], so depending on where you reside and/or schedule, contacting him may be near-impossible or quite easy, with a middle ground between them.
* Johny's timezone is [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_in_Australia AEST], so depending on where you reside and/or schedule, contacting him may be near-impossible or quite easy, with a middle ground between them.
* A microphone is recommended; if you're unable to use a mic for whatever reason, you ''might'' be able to tell other participants in the VC to tell Johny to look at the voice chat (Your mileage may vary).

A @JohnyMuffin in one ticket, another @JohnyMuffin in another ticket, and yet another @JohnyMuffin in another ticket.

The staff team tends to often contact Mister Rhys B, alias 16.png JohnyMuffin, for various purposes, including, but not limited to: approvals, policy changes/additions/removals, and resolution of certain infrastructure issues. However, Johny is often busy with IRL work and studies, hence the vast amount of time between summons and responses.

There is still one reliable method to contact him – the RetroMC public voice communication channels. 2 things to note:

  • Johny's timezone is AEST, so depending on where you reside and/or schedule, contacting him may be near-impossible or quite easy, with a middle ground between them.
  • A microphone is recommended; if you're unable to use a mic for whatever reason, you might be able to tell other participants in the VC to tell Johny to look at the voice chat (Your mileage may vary).

This article will probably be the reason Johny will never join public VC again.
