Much of the town's charm is directed towards the furnished living spaces carved into the side of the large cliff formations. The town itself was founded sometime around 2019 by 16.png ReelPlox and co-owned by 16.png Mineren777.

Several ground level buildings are constructed along thin cobblestone streets, which are loomed over by tall Seuss-like stair and bridge architecture. These artistic pathways which are prevalent throughout the town layout, would allow players to traverse Rocky's ridges without fear of falling. Notable locations include a sacred tree, wheat farm, message board, bread bar, and luxury mountain suites.
