Khenguin. It was active in the latter half of 2018. It was often considered to be a superpower alongside Kekistan, once having it's own large nation, the "Soviet Union of RetroLands". The claims of the town were originally located on a different world map. It was one of the several towns that server administration pasted onto the current world map. The town is inactive and it's claims are invalid.

This included an attempted trade route between the USSR and Okeogi that failed after it was discovered that the USSR was, in fact, in a different town.
